Galaxy S9 will change the vision of many with the introduction of the new Snapdragon 845 as part of the Qualcomm – a world leader in 3G and next-generation mobile technologies and a big partner of Samsung’s. Snapdragon was previously used completely in the US and the Exynos, its equivalent, somewhere else.
Qualcomm won’t make any statements concerning the new S9, but from different sources, the Snapdragon 845 will be presented as the new X20 LTE modem for 1.2 GB connectivity speeds and a better reception. Samsung is going to benefit from Snapdragon 845 first, as previously had the 835 version for S8 and S8 Plus.
As a matter of fact, Samsung will create a battle throughout the globe with the smartphone’s launch since is going to present the first 512GB storage module.
Memory
It is a record that Samsung doubled the 256GB standard, most components of these sizes were used in favor of the iPhones until now. But Samsung keeps attracting us with amazing performances: reading and writing speed 860MB/s and correspondingly 255MB/s. Believe it or not, this speed is eight times quicker than the speed of a normal microSD, which Samsung beats it vividly. The IOPS speed for 512GB S9 is 42,000 for reading and 40,000 is for writing, compared to a usual 100IOPS for the well-known microSD.
For years Samsung improved its capacity of GB with the help of MicroSD and just Apple had the highest storage for its smartphones. This time S9 takes a step closer to the peak of the pyramid and will make a drastic and surprising modification.
Samsung, a major power in the technological domain follows Apple’s devices again, first with the bigger storage and second with the promising folding GALAXY X, as the iPhone X was created for Apple.
