Satellite images showed that the communist regime transports ballistic missiles from the hangars on the outskirts of Pyongyang and in the province of North Phyongan to an area where the new test would be executed.
North Korea is apparently preparing a new ballistic missile test on the eve of a joint military exercise between Seoul and Washington , a local South Korean newspaper reported Saturday, citing government sources.

The Donga Ilbo newspaper quoted a government source as saying satellite photos show that ballistic missiles are being mounted on projectile transport vehicles (TEL) from the hangars on the outskirts of Pyongyang and in North Phyongan province.
A spokesman for the Seoul Defense Ministry declined to comment by saying: ” We do not comment on any military intelligence issues
We are closely watching the North,” he added.

Kim Jong-un has never fired anything but blanks. He knows that if even one of these blanks is fired at US territory he won’t be around to see it land. He just craves attention.
Defcon 4 is absolutely timid.
It means increased intelligence (they have none)
It means strengthened security.
It means the US does not think there is any real threat… If they actually thought there were on, it would be at defcon 2 which means Armed Forces ready to deploy and engage in less than 6 hours…..
According to the ex-press, the US have been at that stage for months, just goes to show all they do is spout hyperbole.
