Afghan officials reported that at least four people were killed after a suicide car bomb attack carried out on a convoy of foreign forces in the capital Kabul.
Najib Danish, deputy spokesman for the Interior Ministry, confirmed that the target of the deadly attack was a convoy of foreign forces, while Wahid Mujro, the public health ministry spokesman, said that so far four bodies were brought to a hospital. He has reported of 22 people injured but there was no information whether the killed and wounded are military or civilians. It is possible that the numbers may increase.
No group has officially taken responsibility of the car bomb, however the Taliban have increased their attacks throughout the country in the last month.
