A protester and volunteer medic wounded was found wounded on the streets of Kenosha by Kyle Rittenhouse. Kyle Rittenhouse pointed his gun to rifle-toting Rittenhouse. It happened during the Wisconsin protest testified on Monday. The man thought he was about to die when he saw a teenager “re-racking” the weapon.
Rittenhouse gunned down the third man Gaige Grosskreutz during the night of turbulent racial-justice protests in the summer of 2020. He also took a stand at Rittenhouse’s murder trial as well as recounted the way he drew his own pistol after the bloodshed started.

27-year-old Grosskreutz said, “I thought the defendant was an active shooter”. When he was asked what was in his mind when he saw 17-year-old Rittenhouse closer to him, then he replied “That I was going to die”.
Kyle Rittenhouse shoot Gaige Grosskreutz in his arm. Now, Kyle is 18 years old is on trial on charges of killing two persons and wounding Gaige. Grosskreutz said that he raise his hands when Kyle came to him. Gaige further said that he did not have any intention to shoot the young man. When Prosecutor Thomas Binger asked Gaige that why he did not shoot him the first. After this, Gaige replied “That’s not the kind of person that I am. That’s not why I was out there,” he said. “It’s not who I am. And definitely not somebody I would want to become.”
Kyle defense Chirafisi further asked Gaige “It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him …, that he fired, right?”
After this, Grosskreutz replied that he was correct. The defense also presented some photos where Gaige pointed his rifle to Kyle. After this, Grosskreutz said that he did not have any intention to point the rifle at Kyle. Rittenhouse’s lawyer argued that Kyle did it only for self-defense.

During Kyle Rittenhouse Trial, Grosskreutz said that he went to protest in Kenosha in order to serve as a medic. He said he was wearing a hat that is named as “paramedic” as well as carrying medical supplies, in addition to a loaded pistol. He further said, “I believe in the Second Amendment. I’m for people’s right to carry and bear arms And that night was no different than any other day. It’s keys, phone, wallet, gun”.
Gaige further said he came into action when he saw that Kayle has killed a person in front of him. Gaige said that he did not say any word to threaten Kyle. After this, his lawyer Chirafasi said that it is not only the words that are used to threaten a person, it could be an action too “like running after them down the street with a loaded firearm”.
Grosskreutz denied that he was not running behind Kyle. Kyle’s lawyer Chirafasi said, “If Mr. Rittenhouse is convicted, your chance of getting 10 million bucks is better, right?”.

Grosskreutz has a tattoo on the arm where he was shot. It is a general medical image of a snake that is wrapped around a staff. It has a top banner that says “Do no harm” while at the bottom, there is a banner that says “Do know harm.”
Prosecutors played the graphic video of Grosskreutz’s badly wounded arm and the juries seemed to mow.
