Wit Studio created the anime television series adaption, which began on Fuji TV’s Noitamina block on October 15, 2021. Ysuke Hatta is the director, with Taku Kishimoto supervising the screenplays, Atsuko Nozaki creating the characters, and MAYUKO providing the music for the series. The first opening theme, “BOY,” was performed by King Gnu, while the first closing theme, “Oz,” was sung by Yama. The second opening theme, “Hadaka no Yusha” (Naked Hero), was sung by Vaundy, while the second ending theme, “Flare,” was performed by Milet. Outside of Asia, Funimation has licenced the series for streaming. The series was licenced by Medialink for Southeast Asia and will be streamed exclusively on iQIYI.
