The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a 6-year-old girl. The girl went missing when she was sitting in a car. Further, the car was stolen, so it has become even more difficult for police to find out the car.
The vehicle is described as a red Nissan Rogue and is registered to the 60-year-old grandmother of the child, who was sitting in the back seat when her 19-year-old daughter left the car running outside Pizza Heaven around 8 p.m. while retrieving food, police said.

The child’s mother, Sahra Little, told police that she left her 6-year-old daughter in the car for 30 to 45 minutes while she ran inside the Papa John’s on the 5600 block of Green Street. The girl was in her car seat, and there was another 1-year-old girl in the backseat. When Little went outside to leave, she saw that what had been her vehicle was now gone.

She was last seen being driven away from a pizzeria in her mother’s white Acura MDX SUV. Police are warning anyone who sees the vehicle to stay away from it and call 911 immediately.
