Upcoming features

The new details come from a Chinese source and they reveal some interesting information about the upcoming OnePlus 6. For example, it appears that the device will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 (64 bit) Octa-Core processor. Users will also be able to decide between the 6 GB and the 8 GB RAM models.

The OnePlus 6 will have the 18:9 display and there is reason for us to believe that the resolution will be Quad-HD+ instead of the usual Full HD+. The device will also come with an Adreno 630 GPU for Gaming and it will come with the regular Dual-Camera setup, while Aperture might be improved.

OnePlus 6 is also supposed to come with an In-Screen Scanner for security, which is something that the previous models did not have. In 2017 many major brand tried to bring the In-Screen Fingerprint Scanner, but they did not manage to do that. According to Synaptics, the new sensor very small and it is also able to detect a fingerprint even behind an OLED screen. Vivo is supposed to be the first brand that comes with this feature.

While we do not have an official release date, many reports seem to indicate that the OnePlus 6 smartphone is supposed to be released by the end of March, next year. There are no other news about the phone at the moment.
