Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
The first step should be checking if your Windows Update service is working.
Press ‘Windows’ key + ‘I’ -> open ‘Update & Security’.
Select ‘Troubleshoot’ -> find ‘Windows Update’.
Click ‘Windows Update’ -> select ‘Run troubleshooter’.
This should take about 10 minutes and after it finishes scanning, it will notify you if Windows has automatically fixed the problems.
Restart Windows Update Components
Right-click ‘Windows’ key -> select ‘Command Prompt (Admin)’.
Click ‘OK’ to continue if UAC comes up.
You must enter the next commands to stop the following services: stop BITS, Windows Update, Cryptographic, and MSI Installer. After each command you must press ‘Enter’:
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
Type Del “%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\\Application Data\\Microsoft\\Network\\Downloader\\qmgr*.dat” command. It will delete qmgr*.dat files.
Copy and then paste cd /d %windir%\\system32 command and press ‘Enter’.
After this, you will have to re-register BITS and Windows Update files. You must type all the commands, after each one pressing ‘Enter’:

Type netsh winsock reset and then netsh winhttp reset proxy commands to reset Winsock. Press ‘Enter’ after each command.
Restart BITS, Windows Update, Cryptographic, MSI Installer services with these commands, each of them must be followed by ‘Enter’:
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc
Install all Windows Cumulative Updates
If you haven’t been successful with the first fixes, then you should install all the Windows 10 Cumulative Updates that are missing.
Reinstall Microsoft Office
If all the updates have no errors, then the 0x80070663 error might be caused by a corrupted file from the Office update. You should reinstall the whole MS Office to fix the issue.
For Windows 10
Press ‘Windows’ key + ‘I’ -> ‘Settings’
Open ‘Apps’ -> ‘Programs & Features’.
Look for ‘Microsoft Office’, click it and select ‘Uninstall’.
Once you’ve finish uninstalling it, reboot your PC. Then go to the official Microsoft website or another source that is reliable, and choose a full Microsoft Office package.
