iPhone phone connection problems

Sometimes it is your phone the one that has problems. Check and see if you can send messages from your phone and if you cannot it means that you have located the problem. In order to fix this here is what you can do:

  • Turn on your Airplane Mode or Wi-Fi on and off.
  • Check if you have the latest WhatsApp version on your phone.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Reset the Network Settings.

Android phone connection problems

If you own an Android the solutions are similar:
