The South Korean tech giant did not release any official statement confirming the release of the first Android 8.0 Oreo beta. However, a Reddit user carefully investigated the Samsung Plus app and encountered several mentions of the Oreo Beta Program.

The leak suggests that Samsung will open the Android 8.0 beta on the 2nd of November at 11 a.m. The Android 8.0 Oreo will supposedly be available for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus via the Samsung Plus app. The Beta version for the Android 8.0 Oreo is available in the U.S for T-Mobile, Sprint and unlocked versions (only 7,500 spots each).
