IOS 11 was released recently, but it managed to receive many updates in such a short time. The constant updates came to fix certain issues encountered by users. If you want to try out the fifth beta of iOS 11.2 you can do that from Apple’s Developer Center or even over-the-air. However, for that you will need to properly install the configuration profile from the Developer Center.

iOS 11.2 features

Users should receive plenty of features with the upcoming update. One of the biggest additions is Apple Pay Cash. Apple will allow users to pay via the Messages app. The new peer-to-peer payments service will allow persons to transfer money easily.

Sending cash will work with a credit or a debit card, and the money will be stored in an Apple Pay Cash card. That cash be used for other purchases, or the users can choose to send them to a bank account.

iPhone X will receive some special additions from iOS 11.2. The phone will have a small bar that will be located under the icons from the upper right side of the Lock Screen. Thanks to it, the Control gesture will be located easily and the Control Center can be accessed by swiping down from the top of the device. IOS 11.2 will also bring support that will enable iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus to wireless charge faster. Using third party wireless chargers that support 7.5W charging will charge your phone faster.

The update is also supposed to fix some bugs, such as the Calculator app issue that caused certain symbols and numbers to be ignored when they are typed too quickly.
