Last week the UK police confirmed that the last man who was detained and questioned in relation to the March 22 terror attack was released with no further action.

The 30-year-old man was arrested in Birmingham along with 11 other in suspicion of preparation of terrorist attacks. After being questioned by the police the person was released on Saturday, April 1, without any acquisitions.

The authorities confirmed that according to them Khalid Masood acted alone in the attack at Westminster Bridge, where he run over three pedestrians and killed them. Later he attacked a policeman in front of the Parliament and stabbed him to death. Police believes that Masood was inspired by extremist ideology but so far they have not discovered any direct links to the Islamic State group or al-Qaida.
