Suicide bomber slammed a car into a military training camp of the Yemeni army in the city of Aden. In the accident were killed at least 60 people, inform medical sources.

According to witnesses, the attack happened while in the camp there was a gathering of newly recruited soldiers. In the three hospitals where the victims were taken, besides those who died are 29 other injured people.

The city of Aden, where is currently located the backed by the Gulf Yemeni government is a subject of a series of bombings and shootings against the security forces.

Responsibility for most of the attacks take “Al Qaeda” and “Islamic State”, both of which take advantage of the crisis in the country. For the moment, however, no group has claimed responsibility for today’s attack.

The Yemeni government trains thousands of soldiers in Aden over the past two months in an operation for taking back control of the neighboring province, which is controlled by jihadists.

The Arabian coalition that is on the side of the government against the Iranian-backed militants also provides troops and air support for the Army.

Since the beginning of the conflict in the country in March 2015, nearly 6,600 people, most of them civilians, lost their lives and about 80 percent of the population is in need of humanitarian assistance.
